Internet Download Manager(IDM) to Download the Call of Duty 2 as file size is 3.5gb.you can download trial version of IDM from here

3. use
winrar or 7zip to extract the
setup from COD2DVD.iso
4. After extracting open the folder and click Setup.exe and put the cd key from given below link and install the cod2.

5. Then install the
cod2 v1.3 patch from given below link
