A few months ago an admin (don't know who it was) explained to me what "quickscoping" was. AFAIK this is quickly zooming in before a shot so that your close up accuracy is increased. After that, I have actively avoided doing this.

Got banned for "quickscoping" after using a scope. I do not believe I was quickscoping based on the above definition (which was explained to me by staff member). I kept asking for clarification but the only response I got was "you're not winning this debate" or something and kept getting kicked. I specifically asked the admin if I could spectate him so there would be no misunderstanding what is meant by "quickscoping". I was then banned.

I was in no way trying to start conflict. I only wanted clarification, yet nothing was explained to me.

I don't want to talk bad about the server or its staff, but I feel like this was ridiculous.

This was my understanding of how quick scoping worked. But I was in no way doing what was shown in the video. I don't have a bind for this and I have no idea how to perform this quickscope without it. All of my kills were fully scoped, which was why I was confused for getting banned for "quickscoping".
