TOPIC: Can't connect to server

Hello guys...

I don't know if I'm kind of stupid today, but when I tried for the first time to join a H4X COD2 server, I couldn't find it! I installed game tracker, added de H4X servers, but the app can't find de COD2 game. Also tried to add the servers to the COD2 favorites, but they won't appear on the list ( I'm not filtering any server). Also tried to launch the game from your website (launch button), but the xfire cant displayed a message that said "Can't find the steam application" or something like that. I have a legal COD2 game... Bought it on steam... Maybe that's the problem? Do I have to download a cracked version or something like that?

First you didn' t need any cod2 crack to play on h4x cod2 servers.

to connect to Server by xfire :- if you xfire is not seeing your installed game under Tools -->options-->Games-->Installed Games then you have to do it manually

to manually assign the path for your call of duty 2 in xfire Go to Tools -->options-->Games-->Not installed

Select "call of duty 2 Multiplayer" under Not installed, then select "manually detect" on right side, then click "Browse" and select "CoD2MP_s.exe" press "apply" then press "ok"

To directly connect to our cod2 servers just start your cod2 Multiplayer by double clicking on your "cod2mp_s.exe" then Open console By pressing ~ Button and write this command to connect to =|h4x|=eXtreme !! Server Clan<<h4x>>Mod eXtreme+ 2.8

/connect 66.150.121.164:28960

and then press Enter

You can also add all h4x cod2 Server in your Favorite Server in cod2 Browser , to Add server click on "Join Game" then on top , under "Source" select "Favorites " . Click "New Favorite" then put the ip and port of server and name and press ok. similarly you can add another just change the ip and port

You have to "Set Filters" also. Same Like shown in given below image. then you can see the added server in your browser under favorites tab & can connect to them just by do double clicking on that server

Once you start connecting to server let it download the mod files required to play the game, once finished you can even then connect to our server with just one click after starting your game from cod2mp_s.exe, then your cod2 background screen will change like shown in above pics. there are custom butttons added. when you click any of them it will start connecting to that server

Xfire already detected the COD2 game... But when I tried launching it through game tracker, it launched de Single Player... Anyway, I had to change the filter setting to NO on Pure servers only and Dedicated Only.. That did the trick...
